The most important goal of these opportunities is to meet the spiritual needs of the children who attend, to quench their spiritual thirst. This can be in the form of needing a safe space to discover their worth, needing to know that God loves them just as they are, and needing to learn how to get along with others.

Quench! events are designed to run from 9:00am-3:30pm with bumper time of supervised recreation before and after. A minimum of 10 and a maximum of 80 children is recommended. It is assumed that churches using this program will adhere to their own denomination's policy for safety and duty of care, including ensure good ratios of equipped volunteers to adequately supervise and nurture the children who attend.

Each Quench! event has a theme relating to a season of the church year, Christian values or specific stories from the Bible. Each day is structured with full group opening and closing, age-related home groups, a variety of workshops which explore the theme, lunch and snack times and larger group activities. All are designed for fun, intentional learning in a variety of styles and flexibility is built in for varying sizes of groups.
